Very poor customer service with IHG relations and hotel.I made a complaint with IHG guest relations and they email me back and ask me to follow up with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites that I complained about.I do not recommend IHG at all.Marriot much better customer service.

Dirty floor, tubs not cleaned, found pubic hair in tub, asked for housekeeping to come clean and she showed up with an unmasked young child in tow. Witnessed beds being made by unmasked housekeeping, and employees going unmasked around coffee and breakfast foods. It appears they provide housing for staff, as the same employees were seen throughout the day and evening sitting outside the lobby smoking. If you have respiratory conditions avoid this place as covid protocals are not followed or enforced and rooms are not properly cleaned. Covid aside, worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at, and ive stayed at many throughout the U.S..

I am writing this as I sit in room 100 of the Candlewood hotel at 451 N highway 35 in Georgetown Texas. Although the room is clean and has Ok amenities there is a recliner chair in the room that literally looks like it was picked up along the side of the road from someone's trash. The fake leather has completely worn off the arms and seat. It must be 30 or 40 years old and needs to be thrown out. This piece of crap makes me suspect everything in the room. Are the bed bugs going to eat me alive tonight. I have booked the room for a week but have given management until tomorrow to replace the chair or I will check out and book a room someplace else.

I’ve stayed at IHG brand for the last 15 years. When no IHG is available I use Marriott. Today I was spending BonVoy points when I noticed IHG charges 2x the points for the same product. Rip-off? Yes.now my first choice will be Marriott. I just cancelled my IHG room and booked at, you know where. Greed will get you every time.

The bed was fresh and very comfortable. Towels were fresh daily. The cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and good at their jobs.thank you ibrahim .

Awful customer service stayed at a hotel after traveling throughout the night. Was put in a room that had no AC in it waited 25 minutes after I had to unpack and repack after being on the road all night just to get into a room. Call IHG to explain the situation and had to deal with terrible customer service and unreasonable accommodations for the customer. I spoke to Joseph the operations manager and he was an awful manager terrible customer service did not fix the issue at hand and I would never stay at another IHG hotel ever again

Coogee crowe plaza in sydney, run by the IHG group of hotels, they have a clear price mtch policy on their website however its misleading. Ill be submitting a complaint to fair trading NSW and ACCC due to misleading conduct. Neither the hotel or IHG head office was willing to help and said they cant offer a price match and agreed their website was misleading. Not an honest business.

Have been happy with holiday inn express in several cities. Last night in Pierre SD was an exception. Will not stay there again. Sink wouldn’t drain. Kuerig machine broken. Was told we couldn’t use the exit door near our room as the lock was broken. Broken pancake maker in breakfast. Breakfast room complete failure after other holiday inn expresses. No one at front desk with note she’d be back later.

I've used IHG off and on.. I had issues playing Everquest.. you call the internet helpdesk they say it's ihg, you write an email to IHG (Not an easy job the link is buryed deep) and they say it's the internet, I finally got an email to corporate and it filtered down to me that the Firewall is a saftey device blah blah blah.. ns.. I build networks.. everything uses a port do like all of the other hotels and open the freakin port.. nm I'll just go elsewhere.. IHG is a waste if you plan on spending your nights social distancing playing games online.

I’m so tired of Holliday Imn Express with themselves thinking they are so classy and better than the rest. I could have just stayed at comfort or laquinta... second time staying at the holiday inn express in Morgan city in less than a month and both times issues. Sticky floors. Left a review last time and the GM contacted me and was quite “snobby”.. he gave me an updated room but still... STICKY FLOORS and bus my feet and shoes ARE STICKY. I even tried a different room... STICKY FLOORS.. gross.. I can only surmise that the cleaning crew didn’t care nor did they learn anything from the last time. I pay more so I can get better quality. Sigh. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY ON HOLIDAY INN or any IHG hotel.

I just stayed at the Doral Intercontinental Hotel by the airport in Miami six times in the month of June. There were no cleaning amenities provided in any the rooms I stayed in. On the TV there is an advertisement about all the cleaning etc. in one of my rooms you could write your name on the nightstand because there was so much dust. In another room there were 2 beds. On the one bed the sheets looked new andclean on the other I questioned if they were even changed.
